In 2015, Romania introduced the Legislation 219/2015 on Social Financial state with the purpose to determine the social financial state, control different types of social enterprises and establish actions to promote and support it. The Law also regulates the principles of the social economy. Amended in 2022, the Legislation was simplified and suppl
